מדיניות זו מסבירה כיצד אנו אוספים, משתמשים, משתפים ושומרים מידע כאשר אתם גולשים באתר, משאירים פרטים, מתקשרים אלינו, או מזמינים שירות.

3) איזה מידע אנו אוספים
3.1 מידע שאתם מוסרים לנו
• פרטי קשר: שם, טלפון, דוא"ל.
• פרטי שירות: עיר/אזור, כתובת לביצוע השירות, תיאור התקלה, תמונות/קבצים שתשלחו, ותיעוד פניות/תכתובות.

3.2 מידע טכני ומידע שימוש
• כתובת IP, סוג דפדפן/מכשיר, מערכת הפעלה, שפה, דפים שנצפו, זמני ביקור, מקור הגעה (referrer), לוגים ונתוני אבטחה/שגיאות.
• Cookies וטכנולוגיות דומות (ראו סעיף 6).

3.3 מידע רגיש
איננו מבקשים לאסוף מידע רגיש (כגון מצב רפואי, דעות פוליטיות, דת, נטייה מינית, תעודות מזהות וכד'). אנא הימנעו משליחתו.

4) מטרות השימוש במידע
אנו משתמשים במידע למטרות הבאות:
• מענה לפניות, תיאום ביקור/הצעת מחיר ומתן שירות.
• שירות לקוחות ותפעול שוטף.
• אבטחת האתר, מניעת הונאות, טיפול בתקלות ושיפור חוויית משתמש.
• מדידה של פרסום: מדידת ביצועי קמפיינים וייחוס המרות (כגון שליחת טופס/שיחה) בלבד.

5) בסיס לשימוש במידע (באופן כללי)
בהתאם להקשר, אנו עשויים להסתמך על אחד או יותר מאלה:

7.1 מה אנו עושים
אנו מפרסמים באמצעות Microsoft Advertising. לצורך מדידה, ייחוס ושיפור קמפיינים אנו משתמשים (או עשויים להשתמש) ב-Microsoft Universal Event Tracking (UET) למעקב המרות (Conversion Tracking) בלבד.

7.2 איזה מידע עשוי להיאסף באמצעות UET
UET עשוי להשתמש ב-Cookies או מזהים דומים ולאסוף מידע כגון נתוני דפדפן/מכשיר, כתובת IP, אינטראקציות באתר ואירועי המרה (לדוגמה: שליחת טופס או לחיצה על כפתור התקשרות), לצורך דיווח וייחוס המרות.

7.3 מה אנחנו לא עושים (חשוב)
• איננו שולחים ל-Microsoft דרך UET מידע מזהה ישיר (PII) כגון שם, דוא"ל, טלפון או כתובת מלאה.
• איננו מפעילים Remarketing, איננו יוצרים רשימות/קהלים, ואיננו מבצעים פרסום מבוסס עניין על בסיס פעילות באתר.

7.4 Opt-out / שליטה
• ניתן לשלוט ב-Cookies דרך הדפדפן ובאמצעות כלי ניהול Cookies באתר (אם קיים).

8) עם מי אנו משתפים מידע
אנו עשויים לשתף מידע, לפי הצורך, עם:

9) העברות מידע מחוץ לישראל

7.2 Data collected via UET
UET may use cookies or similar identifiers and collect data such as device/browser information, IP address, on-site interactions, and conversion events (e.g., form submission or a click-to-call action) to provide reporting and conversion attribution.

7.3 What we do NOT do (important)
• We do not send directly identifying personal data (PII) such as name, email, phone, or full address to Microsoft via UET.
• We do not use remarketing, we do not create audience lists, and we do not run interest-based advertising based on your activity on the Website.

7.4 Controls
• You can manage cookies via your browser and via any cookie settings tool on the Website (if available).
